I spent years thinking I wasn’t good at meditating. Trying to be still and calm my mind was hard! By learning to connect my body, breath, and thoughts, I've been able to settle my mind and nervous system to redirect my energy toward what I desire.

The intention of this meditation is to gain a greater connection with yourself and your surroundings.
Dress comfortably in clothing you can easily move in. Movements in a standing, hands and knees, or lying down position may be incorporated.

If you are looking to make changes in your life, physically or mentally, engaging your senses provides access to the neuroplasticity of your brain.
Your eyes provide a direct link to your brain. Doing exercises to increase the movement of your eyes and inner ears offers more input to your brain. Increased input leads to greater output and change.
These exercises are performed using charts and a ball. Exercises are broken down to be simple, yet challenging and most importantly fun! VOR Charts are used for ocular exercises and vestibular exercises. Brain Speed Charts are used to improve task switching abilities. The Brain Speed ball brings everything together. Through the inherent nature of play when using a ball, your nervous system can begin to regulate in as little as one exercise of playing catch.
